Bankers
Description of Duties: Bankers are non-exempt positions.
Performs a multifaceted retail-banking role. Sells and cross-sells the institutionís products and services through in-aisle selling, PA announcements, outbound calls, prospecting, and over the counter sales. Responsible for meeting monthly sales goals. Provides exceptional customer service and demonstrates the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Performs duties ranging from sales to teller functions, new account openings, and loan origination.
- Sells bank products and services.
- Provides exceptional customer service to all bank customers.
- Performs all paying and receiving functions (withdrawals, deposits, handling of negotiable instruments etc.)
Hours/Schedule:
Variable schedule based on retail banking hours.
Position requires weekend and holiday work.
